 RETURN POLICY

At Her Crown Collections, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our hair extensions store. We believe that our store policies should be fair and transparent. When purchasing hair from Her Crown Collections LLC all purchases are final sale. Due to the federal law and health regulations the return of human hair products is prohibited, no refunds, or exchanges can be performed.

SHIPPING POLICY

Her Crown Collections offers shipping to anywhere in the United States. It takes 1-3 business days for an order to be processed. After your order has been processed you will receive your hair within the next 5-7 business days. Any orders that are placed after 5 pm will be processed the next business day. We do NOT process orders on weekends and holidays. If your order was placed on a weekend or holiday then it will be processed the next business day. All tracking information will be sent out to the email that was provided during the time of checkout. Standard shipping charges are $14.00 per order.

 

LOCAL DROP-OFFS

If you are located in the following Virginia cities (Norfolk, Hampton, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Suffolk, Newport News, and Portsmouth) we do offer local drop off services. Local drop off services are offered ONLY on Saturdays. When placing an order please select the local drop off option so you will not be charged for shipping. Orders for local drop-offs require 1-3 business days to be processed. Once your order has been processed clients will receive an email confirmation with Saturday time availability for local drop-offs.
